Vancouver, BC – July 31, 2014: Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (“PIRET”) (TSX: AAR.UN) today announced the successful sale of 8461 and 8481 Keele Street in Vaughan Ontario for $6.2 million. 

8461 and 8481 Keele Street are multi-tenant industrial buildings that were constructed in 1973 with a total rentable area of 54,492 SF and a clear height of 12 feet. The building was purchased as a part of a larger portfolio deal in June 2011 for $5.01 million.  

The sale of this asset reflects PIRET’s commitment to creating value for its unitholders through selective disposition of non-core assets.
